How to create a product integration that works “out-of-the-box” but at the same time offers enough flexibility for clients with more advanced requirements? The task was clear: to create an integration solution that:
- requires a minimum of intervention during deployment,
- respects the best practices of the sector,
- allows clients tailor-made customization without the need for development from scratch.
- allows you to scale without increasing support claims.

We have designed a fully modular integration product that consists of reusable components. The solution was built using the Integray and Boomi platforms, which enable the efficient operation of a high number of integration instances with low maintenance requirements.

The basic integration takes place immediately after setting the access data (endpoints, logins). More advanced customers can map data fields, modify transformation logics, and choose how to report errors.

An obvious part of the product is a system for tracking and reporting bugs — as standard in the form of email, but after customization also through tickets to ITSM tools or by storing in your own database.

The great advantage of the solution is that we approached the integration as a separate product unit that develops and scales in parallel with the application itself.
